 SPOTLIGHTOutdoor Service & Picnic: Sunday, June 13th - Mark your calendars on Sunday, June 13th, for an outdoor service at Dundee School Park followed by our annual all church picnic. The service will begin at 10am and will take the place of our usual 9am and 11am services. Purchase tickets for the barbeque at the Info Counter on Sunday morning: $12 for a family residing together in one household or $5 for individuals. If you would like to help with the picnic, please sign up at the Info Counter.
Adopt-A-Block Barbeques - Come serve and get to know some of our neighbors in Newberg as we kick off the BBQ season! This is a great opportunity to impact the lives of others as well as your own.
9th Street BBQ: This Tuesday, May 25th @ 6:00pm - If you would like to participate, please contact Clyde & Teri Zahn at clydezahn@yahoo.com. We will meet at the apartments on 9th & Blaine at 6pm. The 9th Street barbeques will be on the 4th Tuesday of each month through September.
E. 3rd Street BBQ: This Thursday, May 27th @ 5:45pm - Please contact Dan Busch at danbusch89@gmail.com if you would like to partcipate. We will gather at Walgreen's at 5:45, near the pharmacy drive-thru, and then head over together. The E. 3rd Street barbeques will be on the last Thursday of each month through September.
The Gatherings: Wednesdays - June 9, & 23rd, July 7th, August 4, & 18, September 1 @ 7pm. We are setting aside these Wednesdays to pray for the world and challenge ourselves personally to fulfill Jesus' mission. We will be taking a journey through the book The Hole In Our Gospel by Richard Stearns. To register pick up a registration form at the Info Counter. Childcare will be provided.
The Real Life Exhibit @ Medical Teams International - One of the first steps in fulfilling Jesus' mission is to understand the condition and needs of the world. We will be taking a fieldtrip to experience The Real Life Exhibit at Medical Teams International. Three dates will be offered for this experience: June 27th, July 25th, & August 22nd.
